Rear AC Blockoff kit GMC Savana Chevy Express 2003 - 2025

2003 - 2025 GMC Savana 1500 2500 3500

These fittings will allow you to block off the refrigerant lines to a rear A/C unit and use only a front A/C unit.  This is a common way to bypass leaking underbody lines or rear A/C unit and regain normal A/C operation from the front unit.

These are extremely easy to install for any A/C technician or DIY mechanic.

These fittings are 6061 aluminum CNC machined in Michigan USA, the sealing washers are quality HNBR rubber, they may be a different color than shown in the pictures.

These fittings will block off the rear lines for Express and Savana vans.  These may fit vans of other years, if so please let me know so I can update my listing. 

The block off fittings are installed in the engine compartment, the suction block off is installed onto a short pipe that comes from the AC accumulator, the liquid block off goes to a fitting that is brazed inline with the liquid line pipe.  These will not work in the rear of the van, they are intended to block off in the correct location which is underhood.  Once your system is blocked off, the refrigerant charge will be the same as a van with a front only system
