Rear AC Block Off Kit Chevy G series Van 1990 - 1996

1990 - 1996 Chevrolet Van G10 G20 G30

This does not fit Savana or Express Vans

These fittings will allow you to block off the refrigerant lines to a rear A/C unit and use only a front A/C unit.  This is a common way to bypass leaking underbody lines or rear A/C unit and regain normal A/C operation from the front unit.

These are extremely easy to install for any A/C technician or DIY mechanic.

These fittings are 6061 aluminum CNC machined in Michigan USA, the o-rings are quality HNBR rubber compatible with R-134a refrigerant, they may be a different color than shown in the pictures.

These fittings will block off the rear lines for G series vans that use hex nut fittings.  These may fit vans of other years, if so please let me know so I can update my listing. You should examine the A/C lines in the intended vehicle before you order to make sure they will fit.  If you take you your fittings apart and discover you have the wrong style, you can return these fittings to me at your shipping cost as long as they are in perfect unused condition.

The block off fittings are installed in the engine compartment, the suction block off is installed onto a short pipe that comes from the AC compressor, the liquid block off goes to a hexagon shaped fitting that is brazed inline with the liquid line pipe.
