These fittings will allow you to block off the refrigerant lines to a rear A/C unit and use only a front A/C unit. This is a common way to bypass leaking underbody lines or rear A/C unit and regain normal A/C operation from the front unit.
These fittings are equipped with a radial seal O-ring, made of HNBR green rubber, this is the preferred material.
These are extremely easy to install for any A/C technician or DIY mechanic.
