Rear AC Blockoff Kit Ford Transit 2015 - 2026

These fittings will allow you to block off the refrigerant lines to a rear A/C unit and use only a front A/C unit.  This is a common way to bypass leaking underbody lines or rear A/C unit and regain normal A/C operation from the front unit.  Also used to convert a Transit passenger van into a cargo van or an RV.  These fittings will block off the lines to the rear A/C unit, they install underhood to the existing front A/C lines, this allows all of the lines that feed the rear unit to be disconnected, no possibility to pool any PAG oil in dead ended lines.  After installation, charge the A/C system as if it's a front only system to the front only charge specified on the underhood sticker.

These fittings are factory equipped with a hybrid sealing washer that has both a metal crush washer seal and an HNBR rubber face and radial seal (see pictures).

These are extremely easy to install for any A/C technician or DIY mechanic.
